Jackie Wheeler still has plenty of raffle tickets to sell for the Taste of Pondera Raffle. Tickets for the Honda Pioneer 500 Side by Side are $100 and tickets for this John Deere riding lawn mower are $50 each. Only 300 tickets for each prize will be sold.

As a way to bring new interest to their fundraising efforts, the Pondera HealthCare Foundation (PHCF) has put a twist on their annual Taste of Pondera. The event will be held on Saturday, Feb. 1, at Norley Hall and will include a smoked prime rib dinner catered by Dr. Dick Kinyon, games, Foundation raffle drawings, and an engaging professional comedian/magician.

The dinner ticket includes an incredible headliner, Dewayne Hill, who will deliver amazing magic, mysterious moments, and fun for all. A comedian who has perfected the art of joking and storytelling while performing incredible magic tricks, he is sure to entertain all.

A no host cocktail hour begins at 5 p.m.  with dinner served at 6 p.m.

Tickets for the Feb. 1 fundraiser are on sale now. Individual tickets are only $50 each and can be purchased at Village Drug or Olson’s Drug. Reserved tables of eight are $500. Pondera County Insurance in Conrad is selling the reserved tables and individual tickets. To purchase yours please call at 271-2034.

Raffle tickets are available for two big prizes. The first drawing will be for a 2019 John Deere Zero Turn Lawn Mower with Bagger. The second raffle is for a Honda Pioneer 500 Side By Side. Honda tickets are $100 each. Mower tickets are $50 each. Only 300 tickets will be sold for each prize.

Raffle tickets are available from Jackie Wheeler  279-3484, Roxy Zomer  278-5985, and Terry Aakre 278-7879, or other Foundation volunteers.

The funds raised at the Taste of Pondera have been designated to go toward the Pondera Pathway, future PMC medical equipment purchases, and program support to mental health services within the county.

Linda O’Brien, event volunteer, reminds event goers, “There are limited tickets available, so don’t wait until the last minute. Make your plans to be a part of this memorable evening.”
