First Bank of Montana, Division of Glacier Bank, is excited to announce the opening of its newest location at 308 S. Main Street in Conrad. First Bank of Montana provides full-service banking, featuring two drive thru lanes, 24-hour ATM, a full time Agricultural Lender (Dave Philipps), and Real Estate Lender (Brooke Anderson).

The lobby hours are Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and drive-up hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Lyle Hodgskiss, Branch President, has been serving the Conrad community from the Choteau branch of First Bank of Montana, for over 22 years. Hodgskiss was formerly the Branch President of Bank of Montana in Conrad in the mid 90’s when he first worked and lived in Conrad. During this time he developed an appreciation for the area, the community and it’s agricultural producers.

Hodgskiss, Anderson, or Philipps can be reached at (406) 271-5060.

“First Bank of Montana has had the opportunity to serve the Conrad area for several years from a distance. We are now excited to become a permanent fixture in the community, with an excellent local staff to meet all of your banking needs,” said Hodgkiss.

A majority of the bank’s staff has ties to agriculture; either with family in the industry or living on a farm or ranch themselves.  “I think that sets us apart in ag communities,” says Dean Comes, Division President. “Our customers are home-town people that think and operate like we do.”

First Bank of Montana is excited to be a part of the Conrad community!
