Excitement was in the air as eight proud youngsters and their parents gathered to celebrate their graduation from Miss Linda’s Preschool last Thursday afternoon. Dressed up in some of their finest attire with hair bows, braids and smiles, they performed songs they learned over the school year and served refreshments to their parents.

Graduate Paul Becker’s mom, Jennie, complimented their performance, “The kids did great, singing all the songs they learned over the year. They’ve worked hard all year!”

Those songs included The Bus Song, Five Little Ducks, John Brown’s Baby, Fuzzy Little Caterpillar, Three Little Fishes, I’m a Little Teapot, and Baby Bumblebee.

The students also showed off some of the social skills they had mastered. “We all thought it was really sweet how the kids made sure to serve their guests refreshments after their performance,” said Abby Sherwood. Her daughter Beatrix had this to say about her preschool experience, “Miss Kuka is the best teacher!”
