Thanksgiving is tomorrow and in case you are at a loss on how to cook your turkey, Shelby Elementary third graders are more than happy to help with their thoughts on “How to Cook a Turkey.” 

First, I grab a turkey. Second, I put it in the oven. Next, I chop off stuff that my family doesn’t eat. After that, I serve the food to my family. Finally, we eat the turkey.

Jacob

First, you kill a turkey or you by a frozen turkey. Second, you put the turkey in the oven and put it for 250 degrees. Next, for about 20 minutes, you take it out of the oven. Wait 10 minutes. Then, you eat the turkey.

Brian Hodges

First, you grab a turkey from a store. Second, you unwrap the turkey or you will burn the wrap from the store. Next, you put it in the oven to warm up. Then, you take out the turkey from the oven where you put your turkey. After that, you put lime ingredients for a flavor. After a couple of minutes or hours, you will be finished with your turkey from all those steps from making a turkey. Finally, you can take it to your Grandma’s or Uncle and Auntie’s for Thanksgiving dinner. Or you could eat it at you’re house and share with your family.

Caitlyn Reynolds

First, you warm up your oven. Next, you get a pot and put water in it. Second, you put the dead turkey in it. Next, you set a timer and wait tell it goes off. Next, you wait until it cools off. Then, you get the bones out if you want them out. Next, you cut it up for the people and then you eat it.

Marshall Richman

First, you buy a turkey at the store. Second, unwrap the turkey. Next, put it under warm water. Then, put it in the oven and add seasoning and cook it. Last, put it on a plate and you eat it.

Steven Brooks

First, get turkey. Second, make stuffing for the turkey. Third, cook the stuffing. Next, cook the turkey.

First buy it. Glaze it. Second, cook it. Put stuffing in it. Next, make side dishes. Make dessert pumpkin pie. Then, fry the potatoes. Then, make the cranberries. Finally, eat the food with your family to bless God for giving us our lives so we can thank him for Jesus and God.

First, but the turkey from the store. Next, get the wrap off. Then, take out the pack with the insides. After that, set the table and cook it. Last, take it out of the oven, and then eat it.

Grace Hemmer

First, get a turkey at the store. Second, unwrap the turkey. Next, set the oven to 3:75. Then, wait for a beep. After that, open the oven and put the turkey in. Then, cook it for 12 minutes. When it is done, take it out of the oven. Lastly, enjoy eating turkey.

First, buy the turkey from a store. Second, go home. Then, thaw it. Next, open the oven door. After that, put it in the oven. Now, set the temperature to 2.87. Then, set the time to 20 minutes. Now start the oven. After that, take it out of the oven. Now, enjoy eating the turkey!

First, go to the store and buy the turkey. Second, set the oven to 60f. Then, put it in the oven and cook it for 5 min. Next, set the table up. After that, eat it. Finally, take a nap.

Demitri Ray Ortiz

First you buy the turkey. Then, you make the stuffing. After that, you put the turkey on a tray. Then put it in the oven and then you put it to 5 degrees. Then, when it’s done, enjoy eating it.

First, go to the store and buy the turkey. Second, bring it home. Third, put it in the oven. Then, cook the turkey for an hour. After that, you cook it. Next you wait 1 hour. Then you grab it out. Lastly, EAT IT!

First, get the turkey from the store. Second, take it home. Third, unwrap it. Then, put the seasoning on it. After that, you put it on a pan. Next, put it in the oven and put the temperature at 35 degrees and wait for an hour for it to cook. Then, take it out and let it cool down. Lastly, eat your turkey.
