Shelby Market and Music will be holding its first market on Aug. 6, from 4-6 p.m. Wheelhouse will be our “kick-off” performer, starting at 5 p.m., weather permitting. There is no charge to attend the music, but there will be a free will donation “tip jar.”
We are asking everyone to honor proper social distancing protocols. You may bring your own chair or blanket and set up six feet away from people that are not in your group. There is plenty of room in the park to spread out!
We will not be having music the rest of the year.
Vendors: I have been working closely with the health department on this. They are asking that vendors have one person in charge of money, one in charge of bagging and to make sure that people aren’t touching things unless they are buying them. Masks are not required (as Toole County does not have more than 4 cases currently), but they are encouraged. They are also asking that we set up a hand sanitizer station. The bathrooms will be opened at the park and will be cleaned after our use.
