On July 2 the Toole County Commissioners had one action item requiring their attention, approving the bid for the Jap Evans and Suphellen culvert and road repairs, in the amount of $360,938.94. The bid was approved.

The July 15 meeting had the Commissioners discussing and approving a few more action items. The Maco Property and Casualty coverage for 2019-2020 for Toole County, in the amount of $345,958, was approved. This motion was amended at the July 18 meeting with the money being divided by percentages. The amendment entails the Toole County fund paying 50 percent of the cost, 25 percent to be paid by the Public Safety Fund 2301 and 25 percent paid by Marias Medical Center Fund 5420. The amended motion was approved.

The Haight Subdivision was approved, as was SB 35 Resolution 11-2019, a resolution to form a county interdisciplinary child information and school safety team.
