The 72nd Annual Chamber Banquet is taking place on Friday, April 26, at the Civic Center and the time to purchase your tickets is now! Tickets can be purchased at the Chamber office, 100 Montana Avenue, by email at shelbycoc@3rivers.net or by calling (406) 434-7184. Tickets are $40 each and include one drink ticket.

This year’s event will feature a feast of Dutch Oven barbecued beef brisket, Dutch Oven seasoned potatoes, Caesar salad, roll and dessert. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. by Black Iron Catering. A no-host cocktail hour will kick off the evening at 5:30 p.m.

While enjoying a few beverages those attending the banquet can browse and bid on the terrific selection of Silent Auction items on display. Later in the evening a live auction will also take place.

Entertainment for the evening will be plentiful, with the very talented Nelson Family providing music before and after dinner. J.B. Chandler is this year’s featured speaker and he is sure to not disappoint as he gives a slideshow presentation depicting all the beautiful and interesting places to explore in and near Toole County.

“We are very excited to find out what he has in store for us,” said Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Doreen McKelvey.

To top the evening off, the President’s Award will be presented. This award is given to a community member who has given tirelessly to the community in their business practices, dedication to the community and school events, support of the Chamber and unending loyalty to the place they call home.

The time to purchase your ticket is now! Set a reminder, mark your calendars and be sure to attend what is going to be a fun evening while supporting your local Chamber of Commerce.
