Toole County Justice Court actions

The following are the dispositions settled in Toole County Justice Court from Feb. 24 to March 2 by the Honorable Judge Donna Whitt.

Kulwinder S. Sidhu, speeding, exceeding truck interstate speed limit, 90/70, pled not guilty, dismissed by prosecution.

Douglas D. Sheen, speeding on non-interstate, exceeding daytime limit, 83/70, $70 fine.

Venancio Uribe Contreras, failure to purchase trip permit immediately upon arrival in the state, $85 fine; no log book in possession, $125 fine.

Rodney B. Sharp, failure to purchase trip permit immediately upon arrival in the state, $85 fine.

Selena M. Roman, failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense, $285 fine.

Levi N. Anderson, speeding on non-interstate, exceeding daytime limit, 80/70, $20 fine.

Bridger J. David, possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, over 18, first offense, three months deferred imposition of sentence, $185 fine.

Michelle M. Sudan, speeding on non-interstate, exceeding nighttime limit, 75/65, $20 fine.
