Students from Shelby and Sunburst Schools are sure to enjoy the upcoming presentation by Team Xtreme Warriors, a Polynesian Troupe that will be performing in celebration of Red Ribbon Week for grades K-6 on Friday, Oct. 29, in Shelby and Sunburst.

Red Ribbon Week is 33 years old this year and is officially recognized across the United States Oct. 23-31. At Shelby and Sunburst Public Schools Red Ribbon Week activities will be taking place Oct. 25-29. This year’s theme is “Drug Free Looks Like Me.”

In partnership with Shelby Public Schools, Sunburst Public Schools, Toole County DUI Task Force and Turner Agency, Toole County Alliance for Youth is excited about two performances that will be taking place in Shelby and Sunburst. Team Xtreme Warriors, a Polynesian Troupe that performed at Health Rocks Camp and is based out of Ronan, Mont., will be one and motivational speaker Ryan Wetzel is the other.
