Shot guns, hand guns and others, the Shelby Volunteer Fire Department is currently selling raffle tickets for 28 guns to be raffled off during the 28 days of February. The time to buy your tickets is now! Contact any fireman to purchase or they can be found at local businesses in Shelby.

“We are raising money to move along the construction of our Retired Volunteer Firefighter memorial to be constructed at the northwest lawn area of our fire hall,” said Shelby Fire Chief Ben Widhlam.

Currently the department is selling tickets for a gun raffle, and not just any gun raffle, but a 28-day raffle featuring 28 different guns!  The raffle will take place throughout the entire month of February, with a new winner drawn at 7 p.m.
