Stephanie R. Spottedeagle, arrest on a warrant by peace officer, felony, transferred to Hill County Justice Court.

Richard L. Madplume, failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense, $285 fine.

Dwayne M. Fish, operating with expired registration, failure to re-register, $85 fine.

Jacqueline L. Shields, seatbelt violation; failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense, both charges dismissed by court as deceased.

Nicholas L. Lueloff, operating a vehicle whose gross laden weight exceeds GVW shown on owner certificate, $85 fine.

Casey B. Ward, operating with expired registration, failure to re-register, $85 fine.

Benjamin D. Schoenfelder, operating a commercial motor vehicle without a commercial driver’s license, first offense, $235 fine.

Michael J. Wurtz, exceeding 34,000 lbs. tandem axle weight limit, $160 fine.

John A. Wright, speeding on non-interstate, exceeding daytime limit, 83/70, $70 fine.

Richard J. Bloch, speeding on non-interstate, exceeding daytime limit, 80/70, $20 fine.

Bridget M. Blevins, speeding on non-interstate, exceeding daytime limit, 80/70, $20 fine.

Paul M. Hofer, driver failing to use seatbelt, $60 fine.

Philip P. Kleinsasser, operating without over-dimensional size permit, $85 fine.

Elliott L. Penner, speeding on non-interstate, exceeding nighttime limit, 75/65, $20 fine.

Nicholas A. Smetana, speeding on non-interstate, exceeding nighttime limit, 75/65, $20 fine.
