(BPT) - Suicide is a national public health issue that affects all Americans, but it is preventable. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is working to improve the health and well-being of our nation’s veterans with the Be There Campaign. Dr. Matt Miller, the acting director of the Suicide Prevention Program for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, shares more about the campaign and what individuals and communities can do to help save lives.
