Scott Sawyer, of Seattle, Wash., passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019, of natural causes.
Service and memorial will be determined at a later date.
He was born in Glasgow on Oct. 22, 1965, to William and June Sawyer. Scott graduated from Browning High School and was enrolled in music at Rocky Mountain College in Billings. He was married to Cheryl Spotted Wolf in 1986 and had a daughter, Jennifer. They later divorced. He also had two other children, Brendan and Leslie.
Scott was a contract construction worker and painter for several companies over 25 years in the Northwest. His passion was music; he taught himself to play and sing anything and everything and made a second career out of it. Scott also loved restoring antique vehicles, golfing, cooking and spending time with his many family and friends.
Scott is survived by his children Jennifer, Brendan and Leslie; his grandchildren Princess, Rain and Echo; his mother, June; sister Kari Kuka; stepbrother Flint; and special friend Diana Yerbich. He has three nephews and one niece. Scott had many lifetime family and friends that he loved dearly.
Scott was preceded in death by his father, William Sawyer; grandmothers, Gladys Miller and Mary Vielle Lukin; and several uncles.
