Bernardino Gonzales NoRunner, “Benny,” 69, passed away at Great Falls on Jan. 30, 2020. Services were held at Little Flower Parish in Browning on Feb. 1, followed by interment in Willow Creek Cemetery.
He was born in Yakima, Wash., on April 7, 1950, to Bernardino Gonzales and Maggie NoRunner. He grew up and went to school in Yakima, Wash. He joined the army as a young man and was stationed in Germany and returned to Seattle following where he worked for Honeywell, eventually retiring in Browning.
He was a singer and drummed for the Seattle Indian center.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
His survivors include his sisters Belinda McCullough and Arlina Mowbry; his two sons Ben Gonzales and Corey Gonzales; numerous grandchildren and common law wife Janet Temanson.
He was loved by many, had family everywhere and was especially close to his nephew Mario McCullough.
