Larry Jensen, 73, of Shelbyville, Ind., passed away Saturday, Aug. 29, 2020 at his residence. Burial will be in Dupuyer Cemetery in Valier, Mont., at a later date.
Larry was born Sept. 30, 1946 in Choteau, Mont., to Jens Jensen and Leslie Greta (Bush) Jensen.
Larry was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was an engineer. He enjoyed wood working and was an excellent craftsman. He also had a love for collecting odd trinkets.
Larry is survived by his daughters, Kristen Kelly and Tasha L. Balka, both of Virginia; his sisters, Bette J. Schneider of Washington and Jacqueline Jensen.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his half-brother, Bruce Jensen.
Larry was often quoted saying, “Ain’t got it, don’t need it, and don’t want it.”
