Zak was born in Cut Bank on Sept. 20, 1999, to Marla Murphy and Connan Kittson. He graduated from Browning High School in 2018.

Zak was a very kind, loving young man who always gave you a hug and a kiss while rubbing your back the whole time. He had many talents: carpentry, painting, breaking horses, and Indian Relay. Zak loved anything outdoors, hunting with both bow and rifle, and working on his pickup with his dad. He really knew his way around under the hood! He enjoyed golfing, fishing, playing his guitar, and riding horses.

His boys, Clint and Braycen, were his world, and he enjoyed sharing his interests and teaching them all he knew. Zak touched the lives of every person he came in contact with. His smile lit up the room the moment he walked in. He was currently attending Blackfeet Community College, pursuing an Associate Degree in Natural Resource Management.
