This potential community event is based on the community members’ outreach to the TP&R Department; your ideas are needed and welcome.

The Rez Street Jam is a one-day family event in the park and downtown Browning area that showcases international foods, music, art, dance and fashion, starting at Eloise Cobell Park all the way to All Chiefs Park.

Come to the planning meeting from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at the Blackfeet Planning Conference Room.

Potential dates for the event include a 3-on-3 basketball tournament, horseshoe tournament, fun run, softball and many more outdoor activities for kids and families to participate from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 25.

The next day, July 26, features Indian Relay Races, Warrior Extreme Race and any other ideas.

If you want to participate but cannot make it to the meeting, call the office and let us know so we can get  the required paperwork to you to participate in the event.
