“We finally put it all together!” Coach Jim Vaile said of last week’s 16-3 victory over Shelby, the next-to-last game of the regular season. “The ladies played a great game as everything came together,” Coach Vaile said. “The girls played with a lot of discipline and heart and were determined not to lose this game as the team stopped the Lady Coyotes in five innings with a 16-3 score. We had only two errors in the game, and Candace Still Smoking threw out four base stealers from behind the plate. Our batting came alive as Montana Bremner started the game off with a double to center field, and all the girls followed her by getting base hits.”

The weather prevented the Lady Indians from hosting Ronan on Saturday, May 18, so they played the Maidens on Monday, May 20, but results were not available at press time.
