The Blackfeet  Agriculture Resource Management Plan (ARMP) will be holding a public meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 21 from 1-4 p.m. at the Glacier Peaks Hotel on an update of the feasibility study for a beef/bison processing plant as well as predation prevention.

The Natural Resource Defense Council will present on methodologies and a pilot program for predation prevention through a pilot fencing program.

The ARMP team will be giving an update on the multi-species processing plant feasibility study, including information on international trade, grass finished beef and information regarding preparation for an operating beef/bison processing plant.
