There is no known end date in this fight against coronavirus and the Red Cross needs the help of blood and platelet donors and blood drive hosts to maintain a sufficient blood supply for weeks to come. In times of crisis, the Red Cross is fortunate to witness the best of humanity as people roll up a sleeve to help those in need.

The opportunity for those in this area to donate life-saving blood at an American Red Cross blood drawing is Wednesday, May 20, from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at St. Margaret Catholic Church in Cut Bank..

Donors can also save up to 15 minutes at the blood drive by completing a RapidPass® at redcrossblood.org.

Checking temperature of all staff, volunteers and donors as they enter the blood drive will be done. Staff and volunteers will be wearing gloves and all volunteers and donors will need to wear facemasks. Hand sanitizer will be available at check-in, the health history area and refreshment area.

Those at the blood drawing will need to practice social distancing by coming in at your appointment time and distancing yourself by six feet from other donors.
