“I am sad to report that we received notification this morning of the death of a male Glacier County resident in his 80’s from complications due to COVID-19,” reported Glacier County Health Department Director Jenny Krapf, LPN, on Monday, Aug. 2. “To protect the privacy of the individual and family members, we will not release any further information.” Glacier County currently has zero active, confirmed cases of COVID-19.”

“There continues to be several COVID-19 vaccine providers in Glacier County. We, at the Health Department, offer Moderna vaccine to walk-ins every Thursday morning and by appointment, as needed,” said Krapf. “We will also be at the Cut Bank High School on Thursday, Aug. 5, offering all childhood vaccines, in addition to, Pfizer vaccine for children 12 years old and older. If you have a homebound patient, neighbor, or relative that would like the vaccine, please have them contact our office and we will gladly assist them.”
