During the evidentiary hearing in Glacier County District Court this morning, District Court Judge Robert Olson ordered convicted sex offender Larry Bomar remanded back to the Montana State Prison to complete the remaining 12 years of his sentence for the sexual assault of a 6-year-old. Bomar must complete Phases 2 and 3 of Sex Offender Treatment before he will be eligible for parole. Judge Olson determined Bomar is still a danger to the community.

Jennifer Stutz, Special Deputy County Attorney, presented the evidence for the State of Montana and Roberta Crossguns represented Bomar during the hearing.
