The following cases were heard in Glacier County District Court on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022, before the Honorable Judge Robert G. Olson.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Jody Ann LaPlant, aka Jody Ann Tatsey, Defendant. Status/Change of Plea. Entered Guilty plea to Theft, a Felony. JUDGMENT: three years to Department of Corrections with recommendation for placement in an appropriate treatment center, followed by pre-release.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. William Azure, Defendant. Admit or Deny Allegations in Petition to Revoke Suspended Sentence. Denied all allegations. Evidentiary Hearing set for Oct. 5.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Bryson Monroe, Defendant. Status Hearing/Change of Plea. Entered Guilty plea to Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a Felony. Sentencing set for Oct. 5.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Marlin Bird, Defendant. Initial Appearance on Petition to Revoke Deferred Imposition of Sentence. Denied all allegations. Evidentiary Hearing set for Oct. 5.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Sterling Dean Hall, Defendant. Initial Appearance on Bench Warrant. Admitted basis for Bench Warrant. Status Hearing set for Sept. 21.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Jenifer Burlison, Defendant. Sentencing on charge of Theft by Embezzlement, a Felony. No appearance by Defendant.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Ashley Connelly, Defendant. Status Hearing. Continued to Sept. 7.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Traven Rider, Defendant. Initial Appearance on Bench Warrant. Entered Guilty plea to Assault and Criminal Mischief, both Misdemeanors. JUDGMENT: on charge of Assault, a Misdemeanor, sentenced to six months jail, all suspended, credit for 69 days, $500 fine + $75 surcharge to be paid within six months. On charge of Criminal Mischief, a Misdemeanor, sentenced to six months in jail, suspended, credit for time served, to run concurrent with Assault sentence, and pay $75 surcharge. On charge of Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a Felony, given a three-year pre-trial diversion and charge was dismissed without prejudice. Charges of Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Criminal Trespass to Property, both Misdemeanors, were dismissed with prejudice.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Danyelle Roubideaux, Defendant. Change of Plea/Sentencing on charges of Criminal Endangerment, a Felony; Failure to Give Notice to Property Owner Upon Accident Resulting in Property Damage, a Misdemeanor; and Failure to Give Immediate Notice of Accident to Law Enforcement, a Misdemeanor. Entered Guilty plea to amended charges of Negligent Endangerment, Failure to Give Notice to Property Owner Upon Accident Resulting in Property Damage, and Failure to Give Immediate Notice of Accident to Law Enforcement, all Misdemeanors. JUDGMENT: on charge of Negligent Endangerment, a Misdemeanor, six months jail, all but seven days suspended for two years, credit for seven days, $1,000 fine, suspended for two years, + $75 surcharge. On Failure to Give Notice to Property Owner Upon Accident Resulting in Property Damage, a Misdemeanor, sentenced to seven days jail + surcharge. On Failure to Give Immediate Notice of Accident to Law Enforcement, a Misdemeanor, sentenced to seven days jail + surcharge. All sentences to run concurrent with one another and must follow conditions as follows: remain good and law-abiding, and obtain a chemical dependency evaluation within 60 days and follow all recommendations.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Kyle Lee Krapf, Defendant. Change of Plea to charges of Burglary and Theft, both Felonies. Entered Guilty plea to Burglary, a Felony. Sentencing set for Oct. 5.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Lowanna Jean Firestone-Erho, Defendant. Status/Omnibus Hearing. Entered Guilty plea to Theft, Common Scheme, a Felony. Sentencing set for Oct. 19.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Matthew Whitegrass, Defendant. Status Hearing re Jury Trial on Sept. 26. Vacated and re-set Jury Trial for Oct. 27. Status Hearing Sept. 21.

City/State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Marnessa Ann Ingraham, Defendant. Status Hearing re Bench Trial on Sept. 9. Trial vacated.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Keith Skunkcap, aka Keith Shane Skunkcap, Defendant. Status Hearing. Further Status Hearing set for Sept. 21.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Kadon Sonja Nomee, Defendant. Initial Appearance to the charges of Assault on a Peace Officer, a Felony, and Possession of an Intoxicating Substance by a Minor, a Misdemeanor. Not Guilty plea entered to both charges. Omnibus Hearing Oct. 5. Released on her Own Recognizance under conditions.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. James Grayeagle Aldrich, Defendant. Evidentiary Hearing. Continued to Sept. 7.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Tamesa Stillsmoking, Defendant. Disposition. No appearance by Defendant.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. James Vielle, Defendant. Evidentiary Hearing. Admitted allegation of failing to remain good and law-abiding. JUDGMENT: sentenced to three years to Department of Corrections with recommendation for placement in an appropriate treatment center, followed by pre-release, credit for time served, and pay all fees previously imposed.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Jonathan C. Clark, Defendant. Evidentiary Hearing. Continued to Sept. 7.
