The 13th annual Cut Bank Community Thanksgiving Dinner will be held on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28 at the Parkview Center, located at 715 East Main. The meal prepared by the amazing group of volunteers, will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Everyone is invited and the meal is free. There is a free will offering basket, but there is no obligation to make a donation. Any donations the volunteers receive will go to both the Parkview and the Harvest Food Pantry.
Organizers expressed their appreciation to CHS, Albertsons and local churches and community members for their generous donations to provide the dinner.
While there is a good team of volunteers already lined up to make the dinner a reality, organizers said they can always use a few more volunteers.
A few extra hands would be appreciated on Wednesday, Nov. 27, to help with set-up beginning around 7 p.m. Volunteers are also needed on Thanksgiving Day, starting around 9 a.m., to work two-hour shifts. Donations of salads, pies or other desserts, relish tray items or butter, are always appreciated, as are cash donations.
