State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Jeremiah Monroe Jackson, Defendant. Status Hearing re March 15 Jury Trial. Trial vacated. Status Hearing set March 8.
State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Mark R. Wells, Defendant. Sentencing on the charge of Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a Felony. JUDGMENT: Deferred imposition of sentence for a period not to exceed three years, pay $1,000 fine, suspended, pay surcharge and PSI fee, obtain chemical dependency evaluation and follow rules of probation and parole. Remaining charges of Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Criminal Trespass to Property, Misdemeanors, dismissed.

State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Dillon Bird, Defendant. Status Hearing regarding the Jury Trial set for March 29. Trial vacated. Status Hearing set March 8.
State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Richard James Augare, Defendant. Entry of Plea to charges of Criminal Endangerment, a Felony, Assault with a Weapon, a Felony, and Fleeing from or Eluding a Peace Officer, a Misdemeanor. Not Guilty pleas entered. Omnibus Hearing set March 22.
State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Tarran Zachary Mathews, aka Tarran Zachary Weber, Defendant. Sentencing on the charge of Tampering with Witnesses and Informants, a Felony. JUDGMENT: Three years to Department of Corrections, credit for time served. Remaining charge of Partner or Family Member Assault, a Misdemeanor, dismissed.
