Local law enforcement officers, including members of the Cut Bank Police, Glacier County Sheriff’s Office and Montana Highway Patrol, did some Christmas shopping with local students last Thursday at Norman’s Sport and Western in Cut Bank.

The purpose of the event is to foster positive relationships between youth and officers. Young kids in kindergarten through sixth grade are selected each year during the end-of-the-year holiday season to shop at one of the local area stores to purchase gifts for members of their immediate family.
