It has been six years since Cut Bank High School hosted a speech and drama competition. However, all that is going to change on Saturday, Nov. 6. That is the date for area schools to gather at Cut Bank High School for a long-awaited and overdue speech and drama meet.

The one-day met on Nov. 6 will begin with registration at 7:45 a.m., with rounds of competition starting at 9 a.m.

“We really need judges for this meet,” she said. “I am going to hold a coaches and judges training session, so even if you have never done this before, but really want to be involved, you can come learn about how to judge and be a part of this wonderful program.”

Johnson said those interested should contact her via text, telephone call or email and she will give you all the details on the training session, the meet and more of what is expected of judges. She can be reached at 701-741-7960 or email at bjohnson@cutbankschools.net.
