State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs., Ashley Connelly, Defendant. Sentencing on Criminal Endangerment, a Felony, Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a Felony and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Misdemeanor. JUDGMENT: On Criminal Endangerment, a Felony -Three-year Deferred Imposition of Sentence. Pay $1,000 Fine, suspended. Pay surcharge and fees. On Charge of Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a Felony-Three years Deferred Imposition of Sentence to run concurrent with first charge. Pay $500 Fine, suspended. Pay surcharge and fees. On Charge of Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Misdemeanor, sentenced to time served.
State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Jeremiah Monroe Jackson, Defendant. Status Hearing. New attorney to be appointed.
State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs. Keith J. Skunkcap, aka Keith Shane Skunkcap, Defendant. Sentencing on Driving Under the Influence – fourth or Subsequent Offense, a Felony. JUDGMENT: 30-month commitment to Department of Corrections, all suspended under conditions. Pay $5,000 Fine, suspended. Pay surcharge and fees.
State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs., Dustin Dubray, Defendant. Change of Plea on Charge of Criminal Mischief, a Felony. Entered Guilty Plea. Sentencing set for April 5.
State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs., Francis Vernwald, Defendant. Sentencing on Criminal Mischief, a Felony. JUDGMENT: Two-year Deferred Imposition of Sentence. Pay restitution, surcharge, and fees. Charge of Partner or Family Member Assault, a Misdemeanor, dismissed.
State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs., Michael David Lowell, Defendant. Change of Plea on Driving under the Influence, a Misdemeanor, Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a Felony, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a Misdemeanor and Driving Without a Valid Drivers’ License, a Misdemeanor. Entered Guilty Plea to Driving under the Influence, a Misdemeanor, and Driving Without a Valid Driver’s License, a Misdemeanor. JUDGMENT: On Driving under the Influence, a Misdemeanor- Six months in jail, all but 24 hours suspended for 2 years under conditions, credit for time served. Pay Fine, restitution, surcharge, and fees. On Charge of Driving Without a Valid Driver’s License, a Misdemeanor, pay $50 fine, all suspended. Charges of Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a Felony, and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a Misdemeanor, dismissed.
State of Montana, Plaintiff, vs., Cody James Morris, Defendant. Status Hearing/Change of Plea to Robbery, a Felony. Entering into Deferred Prosecution Agreement.
